Will be wearing it next month to our Scottish Festival representing Clan Stewart of Galloway, looks GREAT with my kilt. It fits right in with the rest of my MRL/ACC collection. But that’s fine as I plan to wear a surcoat or possibly a sleeveless mail shirt. Now the arms are thicker than the torso piece as far as protection. It was missing 2 silver (studs)? Anyway easy fix.
I am a heavyset 5’8 tall 200 pounds ( mostly muscle ) 😊Īnd the S/M fits me like a glove. One thing that really attracted me was the overall gray color, it looks good with pretty much anything! 👍. As far as the colors of the Gambeson are concerned they are practically the same as what you see on the website or in the catalog. Absolutely love this Gambeson! The neck and cuffs are very high quality suede.
